How much do you charge?
HDB: Selling is 2%, buying is 1%.
Condo: Selling is 2%, buying is no charge to you. The developer or seller covers it.
These are the standard market rates and I'm transparent about them upfront. That said, every situation is different and I'm happy to have an honest conversation about what makes sense for your case. What I can promise is that you'll know exactly what we've agreed before we start.
