How much do you charge? +

Here's a straightforward breakdown.

HDB: Selling is 2%, buying is 1%.
Condo: Selling is 2%, buying is no charge to you. The developer or seller covers it.

These are the standard market rates and I'm transparent about them upfront. That said, every situation is different and I'm happy to have an honest conversation about what makes sense for your case. What I can promise is that you'll know exactly what we've agreed before we start.

How do we get started? +

A quick WhatsApp message is enough. We'll have a short chat, no pressure, no forms, to understand what you're looking to do and your rough timeline. From there I'll share a clear next steps plan tailored to your situation.

Absolutely. First-timers are welcome. A big part of what I do is breaking down the process so it's not overwhelming. You'll know what's happening, why, and what to expect at each stage.
